Saurabh Patel is a founder of NextStep DocuServe. He completed his Bachelor Degree in Commerce (BCom) from Gujarat University. He also did a Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) from Manipal University.

Prior to 2011, he worked in Dena Bank, Govt. Undertaking Nationalized Bank (at present it merged with Bank of Baroda) as a Customer Support Executive (CSE). As his duty in Dena Bank, he implements Total Banking Software and provides end user support and training to bank staff.

Arun Singh is a co-founder of NextStep DocuServe. He completed his Bachelor Degree in Computer Application (BCA) from Sardar Patel University. After that he completed his Masters in Computer Application (MCA) from Gujarat University.

Prior to 2011, he worked in Office Beacon. As his duty he worked as a data processor, and he was looking into Billing Entry.

Dhaval Patel is a Commerce Graduate and CISCO Certificate Network Analysis (CCNA). He join NextStep DocuServe in 2017 as a System Administrator. He is looking our Networks, Computers and License related matters.

Prior to join NextStep DocuServe he worked as Network Engineer in Sai Infotech and providing his services to Government undertaking Diploma Engineering Institutes.
